Can't speak for everyone but myself. I have 3 Mercedes now and 2 in the past and I service them all here. Service advisor James is the reason I come back. I've gotten to know James over the years and he's always taken care of me like family. When book your service appointments I highly recommend you book with James.

I don't know what's the reason, but this man is rude. He has the audacity to tell his customer that s/he can't afford the mercedes-Benz. I don't know what made him think so. Currently, I am driving my BMW and I was planning to switch to Mercedes this year and this man changed my mind completely. He is the worst representative for Mercedes and he is degrading the brand. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT purchase a car from here. I brought my vehicle in July, it is now Oct 15th and I was just sent another set of temporary tags. To make a long story short, they sold me a car and did not have the title in their possession. I have no clue where it was or where it went. Edit:I contacted Bret and he offered me a free detail. The car looks AMAZING. Went above and beyond to rectify the initial issue and i took back my car being cleaner than i have ever seen it before. 10/10 serviceTook my mercedes in for a recall.First off - took longer than promised.Got the car back and wasn’t washed and vacuumed as promisedThe other thing that bothered me was that my dash cam was unplugged and the wires leading to the dash cam were not tucked away behind the headliner as i hd them before.Hasty work and ...

THE WORST dealershipTHE WORST experienceHorrible customer serviceWant to know how horrible it is? We left the dealership without the service being completely done after waiting from 9am until 4pm, no one notified us or called us to let us know anything. I dont think I will try them again, calling to make a service appointment they put me on hold for more than 6 minutes. I had a service done sometime ago and had some noise from trunk and mentioned it is inconsistent and they took a look found no issues. I found later on that one of the mounting plate's bolt came off and I told them to fix as that was the one causing the noise, showed them where is it as you need to open one of the covers in the trunk, next appointment they said the parts will ...
